THE SELLING PROCESS
The selling process can be complex, and it can have a lot of bumps along the way. Use this step by step guide to avoid surprises during the process and to ensure you know what to expect while selling your home.
CONSULTATION Before listing your home, I will meet with you to understand your needs and expectations while answering any of your questions. I will also complete a walk through of your property before comparing your proeprty with others in the area to help us discuss a listing price and an estimate for the net amount you will gain from the sale of your home. |

LIST & MARKET YOUR PROPERTY Once we have discussed my marketing plan for your property and you are confident in my work, we can enter into an agency relationship and sign the Listing Agreement along with other forms. Your property will promptly be listed on MLS and your customized marketing plan implemented on all agreed upon platforms. |

PREPARE YOUR HOME FOR SHOWINGS A well-kept home will attract more buyers. We can discuss and pinpoint what changes will increase appeal to potential buyers and maximize the value of your home. |

SHOWINGS & FOLLOW-UP I will host open houses and schedule showings with perspective buyers and their realtors. After each showing and open house, I will provide you with dtailed feedback given by those viewing your home. |

PRESENTING OFFERS I will present you with each offer and help guide you through your options. With my expertise and advice, you will be equipt to make the best decision given your needs and options. |

ACCEPTING AN OFFER This is an exciting, and likely emotional, step in the process. Prior to accepting an offer, I will educate you on your options given my experience in the real estate market. |

SUBJECT REMOVAL During this period of time, a buyer will work to satisfy the subjects that are listed on the accepted offer. Once the buyer has approved all the subjects listed on the offer, they will remove subjects and the deal is now firm. |

COMPLETION This represents the amount of time you need to move out of your home. Predefined during offer negotiations, this is when the funds for the sale of your home are transferred to you. |

POSSESSION You are finally at the end of the selling process! I will be there to deliver your keys to the buyer's REALTOR. |
