CONSULTATION Before starting the process, I will meet with you to understand your needs and expectations while answering any of your questions. VIEWING PROPERTIES Once you know your financial boundaries and your preapproval mortgage amount, it is time to start searching for your dream home! I will provide you with listings according to your needs and specifications before we start making appointments to view properties. |
YOU HAVE FOUND THE ONE Once you find a property you would like to call your own, I will compare it with active, expired, and recently sold listings in the same area to determine its market value, which will empower you to make an informed decision. |

THE OFFER Once you are informed on the market value of the property, I will assist you with deciding on key elements of your offer, including

POSSESSION & MOVING IN You are finally at the end of the buying process! Be sure to get things organized well in advance of moving to minimize stress. I will be there to give you the keys to your new home! |
